We believe a game should not get between you and the fun. Winspirit does not require an account, does not ask you to sign in, and works completely without a connection. Everything you build up in the game stays on the device you play it on.
The app keeps the things you create so it can show them back to you:
This information is saved in the app's private storage on your device. The app may use a basic on-device identifier to keep your settings in place. We do not ask for your real name, email, contacts, location, payment details or any other personal information.
The data above is used for one purpose only: to make the game work for you — to restore your balance and level, run the reels, and show your play history and progress. It is not used for advertising or profiling.
Winspirit integrates no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or backend SDKs. The app makes no network requests of its own and sends no data to us or to anyone else. The Android INTERNET permission is declared by default for Flutter projects but is not used by the app's own code.
Because everything is stored locally, your information remains for as long as the app is installed. You stay in control: clearing your progress from inside the app removes it, and uninstalling Winspirit removes all of its stored data from your device.
You can reset your progress at any time from inside the app, and you can change your name, avatar and preferences whenever you like. Removing the app clears everything it has kept.
Winspirit is intended for an adult audience and is not directed at children under 18. It does not knowingly gather personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be published here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
